Terms of Service

  • Phone-Personals.com and all affiliated services will be referred to in this service agreement as PP. A user is defined as any person or persons using any services provided by PP with or without an account, including the toll free phone network, mobile device applications, website, etc.
  • PP is a service intended to assist with and facilitate creation and response to voice-recorded personal advertisements. In order to use the voice features provided by PP, you must use a device running Android™ that has a microphone to record audio and audio output to listen to personals. Use of the website requires a device with internet connectivity.
  • PP is not liable for any damages incurred by using any of our provided services. This includes damage to all phones, mobile devices or computers of any type.
  • Use of the Android™ application will require your authorization to use the following and other device permissions: Location, Microphone, Phone Information, and storage. Use of device GPS location services are optional and can be opted out by the user.
  • You indicate acceptance of these terms by your continued use of the service.
  • PP may discontinue or suspend any and all of its services at any time and for any reason.
  • PP can place limitations at its discretion on the use of its service.
  • Recordings may be taken during any utilization of any services provided by PP and all recordings may be stored indefinitely.
  • PP can change this agreement at any time by updating this document. Continued use of PP's services indicates acceptance of new terms of service.
  • You certify that you are 18 years of age or older and are legally able to consume the services provided by PP within your community. You indemnify the publisher, the service provider and the telecommunications companies from any losses, liability, costs and/or expenses incurred by them and any legal action commenced against them or any of them as a result of the viewing or the retrieving of materials or use of the services. You acknowledge all responsibility for using the services provided by PP.
  • We'll do our best to be up 24 hours a day and 7 days a week but are not responsible in the event of an outage. We aren't responsible if your internet access provider isn't working.
  • As a member of PP, it is likely you'll be contributing your own content. Content you contribute may not infringe on property rights of others. The content you contribute must not be malicious or cause actual damage (i.e. a virus). If PP warns you to remove content from public view, or make it private ourselves, you may not leave it up or put it back into public display. The content you contribute must not be hateful or generally intended to offend most people who view it.
  • PP reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Some reasons that may get you banned: obscene content contributions, being a nuisance to the PP community, or spamming.
  • In case your account is suspended for reasons of delinquency (obscene content, being a nuisance, spamming, etc), PP is not required to provide a refund of any incurred fees. We are not liable for any losses.
  • You are soley responsible for anything uploaded under your account, even if it was not you. Guard your account credentials.
  • Do not spam users. Do not harass users. Do not impersonate another's identity (username or real). Do not post false information. Do not delete or edit others' materials in a way that ruins the original.
  • Access to services provided by PP may be limited by geographic location. We are not liable if you can not use the PP for any reason.
  • Use of PP's services require a PP account. Accounts may be created for free. Some premium functionality may be made available for a cost, now or in the future.
  • Many PP services are provided to users 100% free of charge. User's may listen to personals, create personals, send voice messages and receive voice messages for free.
  • In order to respond to personals, a user must first create a personal.
  • Creation of a personal will require you to create a voice recording. You are allotted a maximum of 30 seconds for a personal recording.
  • A user may only respond to voice personals by sending a voice message using the services provided by PP.
  • All mobile application and website functionality provided by PP requires internet access.
  • Users are not guaranteed permission to contact any other user of PP's services. A user may be denied the ability to send a message to any other member for any reason including a user's request or at any discretion decided by PP' moderators and service operators. Restrictions preventing users from contacting other users that are not of the gender sought are currently enforced. For example, a male may not contact a male, female, or couple if that entity is seeking females. We provide no guarantee as to the reliability of these restrictions for any reason including software application errors or dishonest users providing inaccurate information about themselves.
  • You are responsible for any charges incurred by your phone service provider while using PP. Be aware of your phone service agreement and charges that you may incur as a result of using PP.
  • PP is not responsible for any event that may occur that results in a user's private information from becoming unintentionally known such as via application bugs or security.
  • Any content that you contribute to the community may be viewable by the public. Any recordings created to facilitate personal creation and message composition are recorded and may be stored indefinately. There are no gaurantees to privacy while using PP's services.
  • PP is not liable for anything you find on the site or applications. We will do our best to remove bad users and content.
  • PP is not liable for any loss of data.
  • PP may have some application bugs. Let us know, and we'll get to work on fixing them.
  • PP is not responsible for harm to your computer or phone that comes as a result of using PP, directly or indirectly.
  • PP is not responsible for any content posted on a third party site that links to or mentions PP or any site site linked to by PP.
  • You agree to hold PP and its personnel blameless in any lawsuit.
  • While using PP, you may be given the option to receive email messages from PP such as for account notifications. Use of PP does not require an email address.
  • While using PP, we may send SMS text messages, application notifications, or emails to alert you about application events. You shall be able to disable these features at any time.
  • We reserve the right to change the cost of PP functionality at any time. All charges made before price changes will still be honored at the terms for which the acquisition was conducted.
  • If your credit card is declined, your payment does not complete or is later rejected, or fees received from advertisers (as a direct result of actions on your behalf) are charged back, we reserve the right to deduct PP any goods acquired through such action and to block the user from any future usage.
  • If you close your account or your account is idle for a year, we reserve the right to no longer store any of the data you have contributed to PP. We will do our best to maintain as much data as possible should you decide to utilize any services provided in the future.
  • Any data or content you contribute to PP becomes PP's property. This includes personals that you have created, any voice recordings conducted, images uploaded, or any other data you provide becomes PP's property. PP may utilize these resources in any way seen fit. You do have ownership of your account. Private data, including phone numbers and email addresses, will not be sold, or made public on the internet. Private data may be shared with partner companies to help facilitate the services provided by PP.
  • We are not responsible for the anonymity of your use with PP. We regard your privacy (especially your phone numbers and email addresses) with the utmost importance and will be on the watch for improved procedures, methodologies, and technologies for protecting your private information.
  • You are not allowed to transfer your account to another person or phone number for any reason.
  • RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feeds are provided for many different interests, including location, dating category, author gender and seeking gender. These feeds may be subscribed to for consumption using an RSS reader, included in RSS aggregators, or published on another private or public medium.
  • Anything your provide to PP is property of PP and may be used for marketing purposes online or offline.
  • Do not use any service provided by PP if you do not understand and accept PP's privacy policy and terms of service.
  • This agreement overrides any previous Terms of Service agreements you had regarding PP.
